Terrible place! Freezing in there. Food took forever! People were sitting around all bundled up waiting for their food. Then, another day my son called to place a pick-up order and they said they were too busy and to call back later! Really? So he said he was taking his business elsewhere, and called Viola’s to place his food order, which they politely and happily took. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would give.
